Ingredients
Red Sweet Pepper, Salt, Mustard Seeds, Chili Flakes, Garlic, Tomato, Cumin, Oregano, Spearmint, Parsley, Marjoram, Laurel, Rosemary, Juniper, Citric Acid
Use
As a rub a drizzle of olive oil so the spices stick to the meat or marinate5-6 hours for the best flavor and texture. If you don’t have that long, even 10 minutes of marinating will give flavor to the outside of the chicken. Apart from chicken, you may use it to season different kinds of meat as well as potatoes.
