- Why authentic? Simply because the way of squeezing is highly exceptional. Using an originally invented the squeezing machine, ONLY the part of the pulp is SLOWLY squeezed. By squeezing only the part of the pulp, the distinctive, pure flavor is extracted.
- The squeezing efficiency of only the part of pulp is much lower than that of the whole part, resulting in using more yuzu for one bottle. However, the authentic pure flavor is fully worth it. Compare, and taste the difference.
- Because it is squeezed & bottled soon after harvesting and is not from concentrate, with no added sugar or no aroma chemicals, you can enjoy a natural flavor & aroma which subtly differs every year, depending on the year’s climate.
- The ingredient is only the Yuzu pulp of Wakayama(100% Pure), which is the kingdom of citrus fruits. Blessed with a warm climate & rich nutrient sea breeze, Wakayama is one of the finest places for citrus cultivation in Japan.
- Not only as a refreshing seasoning for boiled or baked seafood or meat, but also for hot pot sauce, blending with dressing, adding to soda juice, cocktail, or whisky. It also goes highly well with honey syrup.
